How did you discover Bikram Yoga? 

  • I discovered Bikram by accident in Palm Beach Gardens.
  • As for my first class, I was humbled, empowered and afterwards I realized that this day would change my life forever.

How has it changed your life?

  • Physically:
    • I lost 30 pounds.
    • My range of motion has increased significantly.
    • No more low back pain in the morning.
    • My body feels strong and balanced.
    • My energy level is high. 
  • Mentally and Spiritually:
    • I feel balanced.
    • I feel at peace.
    • I feel humbled and thankful.
    • I am focused on the present and looking forward to tomorrow.
    • I am at peace being on the “outside” of the onion and continuing to work my way through the never ending layers.  

What is your favorite pose and why?

  • Dandayamana Janushirasana (standing head to knee pose) is my favorite pose because it helps keep me humble.
